* Born between January 1, 2001 and May 1, 1991. (Minimum age 18 by May 1st and under age 27 by December 31, 2018.)
* Be of Latin American, Caribbean, or Iberian origin by birth or ancestry and residing legally in the United States.
* Reside continuously in the State of Georgia for a minimum of six months prior to January 1, 2018 or have current student/work status in the state of Georgia
* Be single, born female, never given birth to a child, nor been a parent, Not married.
* Have an attractive appearance and personality, and a good reputation.
* Be able to travel within the United States.
